Brand re-launch

Pimento was briefed to manage the PR campaign to support the re-launch of British designer label, FrostFrench. This included developing the brand repositioning strategy and the roll-out of several new stores and an ecommerce site. Working closely with the management team and designers to ensure the communication strategy worked across all areas of the business, Pimento liaised with key media contacts to establish a series of exclusive interviews, allowing us to unveil the launch collection and design philosophy. This was supported by an intensive product-placement programme, to increase awareness and drive online sales. Pimento organised a launch event at the new flagship store, coinciding with London Fashion Week. We secured the front cover of Sunday Times Style for the relaunch, with the majority of items featured in press from the launch collection sold out in a matter of weeks.
