Professionalising a family run business

Broadway Tyres built a reputation that was second to none in the retail tyre sector but its brand identity was out of kilter with its own brand reality. To plot future growth, to build on its successful can-do approach and to move up a gear required a review of its entire identity and communications strategy. Pimento conducted a full review of the business, its customers and staff and created an identity that complimented the values and ambitions of the business helping to galvanise its people and helping to propel it into new markets. Pimento applied this personality through Broadway's assets, from livery, staff-ware, literature, internal and external signage to its website and intranet based sales applications. We created a ‘company and customer’ launch event and video to sell in the value of the new look to staff and customers alike and a series of training programs for the retail trade.
