Heading up EMEA marketing at Disney, launching over 400 films, followed by 15 years running award-winning global integrated communications agency, Way To Blue, working with clients such as Red Bull, NBC Universal and InterContinental Hotels Group.
After selling Way To Blue in 2018, Adam now runs The Arc, a multifaceted consultancy dedicated to agency growth and M&A. The Arc takes a rarely seen holistic approach by focussing on people and wellbeing as well as business.
Adam is a passionate wellbeing advocate with interests in diversity & inclusion in addition to his ongoing work with Action For Children.
