With 20+ years of agency, in-house and client-side experience, she supports agency founders scale with clarity and strategic focus. Rachel specialises in overcoming operational bottlenecks, ineffective marketing and time constraints to drive sustainable business growth.

Rachel has recently joined the Pimento team to head up Pimento Fuse – new business and marketing service for agencies.
