James Richards
James has over 25 years marketing experience with an eclectic range of organisations and brands.
Having worked in a number of senior roles with world class brands including O2, Airbus and Goodwood, James set up his own Marketing and Innovation consultancy 6 years ago. James helps his clients not only develop marketing and business strategy and innovative solutions to their business challenges, but also in enhancing the capability within their teams – building value for his clients through consulting and training.
He’s worked with a wide range of companies, from small tech start-ups to major multinationals, and applied his creative thinking to all corporate functions including sales and marketing, finance, operations, people and corporate strategy. Recent assignments include setting up two successful fibre broadband start-ups, innovation projects for traditional utilities companies and the business transformation of a social housing provider. Heineken, Travis Perkins and the ECB are amongst the clients who have made use of his experience.
