Lyndsay is a customer strategy expert with more than 25 years marketing experience.
She has held senior marketing, planning and strategy roles at organisations including ntl (Virgin Media) and SSE, working with partner brands M&S, Avios, Argos and British Heart Foundation. In 2022 she launched independent consultancy Vionna Consulting, working with clients across data and innovation, charity, training and property sectors. She holds a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
Lyndsay’s passion is helping organisations to drive customer value, placing customer led propositions at the heart of their commercial and operational decisioning and delivery.
