The primary challenge faced by Connectus was the outdated and inefficient communication methods between schools and parents. Traditional approaches like phone calls and physical letters were proving costly and burdensome for teaching staff.
Moreover, the COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated these issues, necessitating a swift move towards a digital solution that could accommodate remote interactions without sacrificing the immediacy and clarity of school communications.

Comprehensive Functionality: Features such as calendars, unlimited messaging, and custom notifications about school events and updates.
Integration Capability: The ability to synchronise with school management systems ensured that information was accurate and up-to-date.
