As the agency prepared for the launch of its appearance on Netflix's Buying London, they partnered with Pimento Member Flabbergast to elevate their Instagram and TikTok presence and capitalise on the increased brand exposure.
Our goal was to ensure their social channels were ready to engage both new and existing audiences, showcasing exceptional properties, highlighting the expertise of their team, and building trust with prospective buyers and sellers.

We developed an audience-first social media and content strategy designed to maximise engagement before, during and after the Netflix series aired. This included planning content that showcased luxury properties, broker expertise and the London House brand in a way that resonated across Instagram and TikTok.
Alongside strategy, we delivered regular social-first photo and video production, edited engaging short-form content, managed day-to-day social media activity and community engagement, and supported key campaigns with boosted social posts to extend reach to targeted audiences.
